**About the Company**

Our client is a highly respected global brand, and they are currently seeking a gifted Bookings Administrator positioned within a dynamic and process-driven team. You will be able to adapt to the fast-moving and growing needs of the business and along the way provide support to your clients from an analytic approach.

**About the role**

Representing this global leader in what is one of the most dynamic and evolving industry sectors, your responsibilities may include:

- Manage and action group mailbox inquiries from internal & external contacts for booking deliveries
- Tracking of consignments on internal systems and with external carrier websites
- Daily Reports (Formulated) some filters required but will train on specific reporting
- Other ADHOC reporting duties

**About you**
- Advanced use of MS Excel. Sound understanding of formulas, V-look up, and Pivot tables
- Previous exposure to reporting systems or data entry
- Strong willingness to learn and available for an ASAP start
- Daily tasks will include preparing and working on reports for internal and external purposes.
