**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Public Sector People (PSP) is inviting Property Officers with to join this Local Council on an initial 6 month contract with a view to extend.- **Location: Western Sydney**:

- **Duration: 6 Months (view to extend)**:

- **$45 - $50/Hour + Super**:

- **Commuting convenience (street parking + close proximity to public transport)**

**WHAT YOU'LL DELIVER**
- Undertake the purchase, sale and leasing of property.
- Administering property transactions: road closure process and sale, issuing licenses and permits, and granting of easements.
- Preparing property reports, managing customer and personal enquiries and, property management of lease tenancies.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
- Qualifications in Property Management, Real Estate or property related discipline or equivalent experience.
