**Grade: Clerk Grade 5/6**
**Salary range: $97,027 - $107,059 per annum + super**

**About the team**

The SafeWork Licensing team delivers a diverse range of regulatory authorisation and registration services to enable individuals, businesses and organisations to operate in NSW while assuring the community that the requirements of the law are being met. We are passionate about putting the customer at the centre of everything we do and adopting new technologies to make government work better.

**Your day-to-day**

Here is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has a passion for quality assurance and a keen eye for identifying and implementing improvements to business processes.

This position is expected to maintain appropriate systems and conduct and delivery of detailed audits, checks, reviews, analysis, reporting training and project support on a range of Schemes and Systems to ensure an efficient and effective quality management system.

Working alongside the Licensing teams to obtain information and, where required, provide detailed procedural explanations to assist staff in the completion of their duties, monitor and ensure documentation to complies with organisational requirements and that documentary evidence is available to verify transactions and ensure data consistency and accuracy deliver efficient service and a superior customer experience.

**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**:
A consultative and collaborative approach with demonstrated ability to influence others. A high level of understanding of SafeWork NSW Licensing is also required to assist the broader licensing team on a range of matters.

Salary Grade 5/6, with the base salary for this role starting at $ base plus superannuation
