Customer Service Representative

Looking for a Customer Service role? Have you previously worked in a freight forwarding or supply chain environment?

Our client is a highly reputable, Australian owned logistics company who are on the lookout for an experienced customer service professional, ideally with a background in supply chain and logistics. This organisation is experiencing a sustained amount of growth and are looking for someone to hit the ground running and excel in a fast-paced environment. Sound like you? Then read on.
**What your day will look like**:
- Client portfolio management and invoicing
- Ensuring that all client information and data is successfully processed in the company system
- Co-ordinate and arrange transport for orders when needed
- Prepare and process inbound and outbound orders for clients
- Liaising with internal departments to coordinate any client’s issues, ensuring that customer service excellence is achieved
**What skills will you need to bring?**
- It is imperative that you have previous supply chain and logistics experience with 3PL experience highly desirable
- You must have superior communications skills, both written and verbal
- Desirable demonstrated user skills in a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
