**Job description**:
FinXL by Randstad Digital is an established, innovative company, providing technology-enabled business solutions and consulting services across many industries. These include; Government, Telecommunications, Commercial and Finance. We currently have more than 1200 consultants assisting our clients across Australia and are continuing to grow at a rapid pace. By delivering services and implementing new systems, processes, and technology, we assist our clients in gaining competitive advantage and reaching new heights.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Site Support Technician to join our market leading client in Minchinbury, Sydney. This position typically involves 2 working days per week, though the schedule may vary depending on workload and availability.

This role will suit someone who is studying or recently finished Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunication Engineering

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform basic RF testing, including Passive Intermodulation (PIM) testing, on antenna and filter stock.
- Learn and operate Radio Frequency test equipment, such as Network Analyzers and Passive Intermodulation Analyzers.
- Gain knowledge and understanding of antenna systems and their components.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of tests, results, and troubleshooting activities.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- A background in Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunication Engineering is preferred (2nd-year students or higher are also welcome to apply).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet project requirements.
