Hays is seeking a Project Coordinator/Contracts Administrator to join our clients close-knit team.

**Your new company**

Our client is a well-regarded residential construction firm located on the Gold Coast. Their primary focus is constructing investment homes for esteemed clients across South East Queensland. Their commitment lies in effective project management, efficient construction, and timely delivery, all while adhering to budget constraints. Currently seeking an exceptional Building Coordinator/Contract Administrator to join their tight-knit team.

**Your new role**

As a Project/Building Coordinator, your duties (but not restricted to) will involve aiding the Senior Building Coordinator in maintaining client communication across different project phases. These include contract signing, pre-construction activities, and the coordination of drawings, quotes, purchase orders, colour selections, variations, and final building documentation. Additionally, you’ll handle maintenance requests, collaborate with contractors post-build to ensure timely completion, manage general administrative tasks, and provide support to the company director and sales manager as required. This role is based in our Varsity Lakes office.
