Melbourne, Australia TQSolutions Full time

For 27 years, ISPT has invested in property, developing and creating vibrant, meaningful places for people to work, shop and enjoy. We are committed to supporting Australians in retirement and creating sustainable communities. Our purpose is to develop and grow together to create a better future for all.

At ISPT, we have over $21B in funds under management and our aspiration is to the best property solutions partner. Our culture and people are one of our greatest assets, and we recently launched our refreshed strategy that focuses on building on our strengths while transforming for the future.

We now have an exciting opportunity for an Investor Engagement Coordinator to join our Investor Relations team in Melbourne.

About the opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager, Investor Relations, the team’s objective is to be the interface between ISPT and its investors. This is a pivotal role in ensuring all information is timely and relevant and that all activities across the business are appropriately actioned.

**Your role will have you**:
Managing Investor requests including preparing and providing responses to requests

Coordinating investor events and functions and taking responsibility for content, agenda and preparing presentations.

You will also be responsible for organising meetings, conferences and general ad hoc enquiries that arise.

Your role will provide assistance with Investor Engagement, ensuring all investors receive first class service through regular reporting.

You will also coordinate due diligence requests which may include existing requests, managing and follow up of responses and working in the agreed timelines

About you

First and foremost, you have initiative and whilst you are comfortable in working in a role where there is process, you also aren’t afraid to question the status quo.

You may have prior experience working with real estate or Funds Management, or you might be a strong administrator, coordinator, or client manager ready to take that next step. Intermediate computer skills are a must in this role and whist not essential you may have experience in Adobe acrobat and design.

You can juggle and you have a can-do attitude, you are comfortable working in an environment where you will have conflicting priorities, but you also can pivot and change direction with little notice.

Finally, you are client centric - you thrive in a role where there is a strong stakeholder focus, you understand the importance of creating long lasting networks and you pride yourself on your quality of work.

We offer

We understand that work is only one part of your life, and because of this we have benefits to allow you to focus on what is important to you. We support our colleagues to achieve work life balance through flexible working arrangements such as hybrid working and competitive financial and lifestyle benefits. These include a generous incentive program, 12% superannuation, a company-wide salary continuance policy, up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, plus a leave day every month

We cultivate a workplace that is welcoming and respectful along with embracing the diversity each team member brings. We have a continued commitment to an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected for who they are, so if you require any adjustments to the recruitment process to equitably participate, please let us know.
