**The Organisation**:
Our client is a highly regarded boutique national finance and investment provider, who specialises in the property sector. Long established, they have some of the best names in the business working for them, supporting them and investing in them. They have built an environment of accountability, where every role and employee is important to delivering exceptional service and outcomes for their investors.

**The Opportunity**:
A unique opportunity has opened for an Associate Director in the Investor Relations team to support the Head of Investor Relations & Product Development, across capital raising, investor relations, reporting and product development. This is a senior appointment for an experienced professional.

**Key responsibilities**:
The is an integral role that will have interaction & service all parts of the business.

The 3 main areas that you will be responsible for:

- _Management of the Business Development functions_. This includes interacting existing investors; engaging and networking with new ones
- _Capital raising._ Assisting with the preparation of associated documentation; with the cap raising planning& strategy; collate onboarding & compliance documentation
- _Investor Reporting._ Prepare, review and distribution of investor and investor portfolio reports; research and comment on market.

**The Ideal Person**:
You will naturally be a confident person infront of others, and be able to multitask and project manage bringing key stakeholders and deliverable together. You will have a can-do client focused attitude, and not be affraid to jump in where needed

To be considered for this position, you will
***possess and be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- have significant experience in a similar Relationship Management role dealing with investors (high net worth individuals; wealth management groups etc)
- Have strong stake holder/project management/ operations experience
- a relevant qualification is highly regarded
- be tech and system savvy
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- preparing business and financial reports

You’ll thrive in a busy environment, and be a natural multitasker that is comfortable dealing with stakeholders of all levels. You’ll be a strong communicator, and will have experience using different financial and reporting software.
