We now have an exciting opportunity for an Engagement Lead to join our Investor Relations team in Melbourne.
About the opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Investor Relations, the team’s objective is to provide accurate, timely and engaging information and insights to facilitate investors’ investment decisions and strengthen their relationships with ISPT. The Investor Relations team provides a conduit between ISPT Management, ISPT Board and Investors, relaying investor insights into the business, and ISPT’s capability and performance to investors. The role will be responsible for providing investment and operations skills and support to the Senior Manager, Investor Relations.
**The key requirements of the role include**:
Management of Investor requests including providing strategic advice on investor relations considerations, conducting detailed research and analysis, problem solve and manage the collation of information
Lead Investor requests for liquidity, including overseeing redemption requests and managing the secondary transfer market
Assist with Investor Engagement, ensuring all investors receive first class service through regular reporting
Proactively manage the response process for due diligence requests
Manage the Investor Relations calendar of individual meetings, presentations, forums and workshops
Coordinating investor events and functions and taking responsibility for content, agenda, preparation of the presentations as well as managing speakers and attendees
About you
You will have excellent time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise, remain focused and calm while managing several tasks, people and situations in tight timeframes.
Proven success in a similar role, prior experience working with real estate or Funds Management, is an advantage
High level organisational, analytical, and conceptual skills
Ability to think on their feet, adapt to change, and be willing to help and think proactively
Strong commitment to action with thoroughness and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to communicate sensitively and effectively
Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems within the scope of the role with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Is proficient with Microsoft office suite and have intermediate knowledge of SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat and Abode Indesign (desirable)
