**Responsibilities**:
As the Coordinator: Media & Communications, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of 5-6 staff members. Your primary responsibilities will include approving work, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and keeping the team motivated to achieve their goals. Additionally, you will oversee the timely delivery of the quarterly newsletter, ensuring it effectively communicates the organization's achievements, events, and initiatives to the community.

**Job Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience in team leadership, with the ability to guide and motivate staff members.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to approve work effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive relationships both within the team and with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in media and communications, with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
- A results-driven approach, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
