**About us**

The newly integrated Adult and Older Adult Service combines AMAH Adult Community Mental Health and Caulfield Aged and Liaison Psychiatry Services to provide comprehensive, person-centred support for adults and older adults. We offer a wide range of therapeutic, addiction, trauma-informed, and family violence services.

In line with the Royal Commission into Victoria’s Mental Health recommendations and the Victorian Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022, we are expanding our services to provide specialized expertise and broad-spectrum care, including pathways for substance use, rehabilitation, recovery, and trauma-focused care.

Our approach focuses on integrated treatment, education, peer support, care planning, and navigation, supporting individuals at every stage of their recovery journey.

You’ll have the opportunity to work in areas such as:

- Navigations and Continuing Care: Brief Intervention, Access and Intake, CMHT, Physical Health, and Family Services
- Adult Rehabilitation and Recovery: MSTS, CCU, PARC, HOPS, and SECU
- Aged/Older Adult Mental Health: MAPS, Caulfield Hospital Community Liaison, and inpatient units
- Wellbeing and Therapeutic Services: Psychological Trauma and Capacity Building initiatives

**About the Role**

An exciting position is available for a highly motivated Exercise Physiologist who is passionate and experienced working in mental health. Working as a sole Exercise Physiologist within an innovative and growing physical health team, this person will provide individual and group Exercise Physiology services, to mental health consumers, as well as, support the broader adult mental health community teams to address physical health needs of consumers.

**About you?**
- Registration with Exercise & Sport Science Australian (ESSA) as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist
- Demonstrated clinical experience as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, with consumers with mental illness
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Current Victorian Driver's License
- Be willing to undergo a Background Check
