We are excited to be searching for a **Duty Manager** here at the One&Only Wolgan Valley resort. The **Duty Manager** will be an integral part of our guest services team delivering exceptional service to our guests by ensuring seamless coordination between Guest Services and other operational departments of the resort and all operations are performed to the highest expected standard.

**_About the role_**_ _
The **Duty Manager** is responsible for ensuring the operation is smooth and efficient and that the Guest Services team are engaged, focused and motivated to deliver exceptional guest service. Providing the highest level of guest service is crucial to the role as well as handling service issues and challenges quickly and efficiently as they may arise. Reviewing and implementing process improvements is also a key part of this role as is ensuring the safety and security of guests and property through the shift.

**_About you..._**
You will be an experienced Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor looking for a new challenge within a 5* luxury environment with a true passion for guest service and operational effectiveness.
- Extensive experience in guest services/front office operations with at least 2 years at a supervisory/management level.
- Have exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and an obsession with exceptional guest service, with a strong focus on quality and standards.
- Performs well in a busy and fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and strong communication skills.
- Ability to effectively support, motivate and lead a team by example.
- In-depth experience working with Opera PMS would be advantageous.
- Night Audit experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent relationship-building experience.
- Ability to work flexible shifts would be beneficial.
- Experience in implementing process changes to improve operational processes and procedures.
- Computer skills and financial management are essential.
- Manuel Driving license is essential

We also provide free lunch and dinner every day. Your own transport is essential to get to and from the housing provided and the resort.
