**Position**: Executive Assistant to the CEO

**Location**: Melbourne CBD

**Type**: Full time position

**About Us**
This role is working for a global group within Australia’s emerging offshore wind industry.

Their people have driven their success so far and they are looking to build their team for the next stage of their journey.

**The Role**
We are looking for a full time EA to be the right-hand person to the CEO.
- The aim of role is to help CEO actualise business vision through bringing tasks to completion from the administrative lens.
- This is not a BAU role. You will take the lead and manage tasks delegated by the CEO so they can let go of control of administration with confidence.
- Diary management across international time zones.
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
- Expense management
- Minute taking
- Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as delegated by the CEO

**Skills & Experience**
- Experienced EA supporting at C-Suite level
- Must be self-sufficient and able to work autonomously with mínimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and work at a fast pace
- Excellent communication skills with the tact, diplomacy and emotional maturity to manage different personalities
- Adaptable and resilient
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary education or work experience
- Proven experience in an EA role
- Ability to travel interstate and internationally
- Current driving license
