**The Position**

An exciting opportunity for an experience Human Resources Advisor to join an innovative and growing business, with plans to continue their growth trajectory. You will be working alongside the current National Performance & Well-being Manager and be a part of a larger people and culture team. In this role you will be responsible for providing experts advice and guidance on performance management (performance management, retention, employee relations and grievances) across the business’s operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conducting incident investigations to ensure appropriate performance management is actioned, logged and followed-up, including records of counselling, notice of meeting, show cause and termination processing;
- Provision of HR support and advice across the full employee lifecycle including ER and performance management, remuneration, employee engagement, policies and procedures, learning and development, and WHS;
- Working in collaboration with and supporting the National Performance & Well-being Manager to manage grievance processes and conduct investigations;
- Creation of development plans and revision of performance for centre leadership teams;

**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources, management or related business discipline;
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management and Award interpretation, will come highly regarded;
- Team focused attitude whilst also maintaining the ability to work autonomously is essential in this environment as well as strong communication skills;
- Experience in partnering with and influencing all business levels including service staff and management;
- High level of interpersonal, problem solving, negotiations, written and verbal communication skills.
