Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant (EA) is responsible and accountable for providing high level administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager - People & Culture. This includes managing the diary management, organisation of meetings, events and day to day administrative workflows. The EA will also assist with projects within the P&C team and other related work. This position is accountable and responsible in ensuring their compliance with SCC policies and procedures, relevant standards, relevant legislation and accepted industry practices.
Demonstrated 3-5 years’ experience in an EA role within a medium-sized organization
- Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office suite
- Advanced time management skills and ability to prioritise and problem-solve
- A proven track record of strong performance in driving performance
- Significant experience developing partnerships
- Ability to prepare well researched, clearly presented reports as necessary
