We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional **Personal Assistant (PA)** to support our Director in the day-to-day running of the business.
**Role Overview**:
The Personal Assistant to the Director will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Director’s schedule and responsibilities. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The PA will act as a key liaison between the Director, staff and clients, contributing to the smooth management of operational tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Director.
- Manage and coordinate the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, board papers, and other documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients and external service providers.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for business-related activities.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate project timelines, follow up on action items, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide general support in business operations, including assisting with compliance and NDIS reporting.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes as directed.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute actions where required.
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Understanding of the NDIS framework and disability services (or willingness to learn).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Problem-solving attitude with a high attention to detail.
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
**Desirable Qualifications**:
- Certificate III/IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in an NDIS environment or community services sector.
- Knowledge of compliance and quality standards in the disability sector.
