**About the role**

In this critical and high-profile role supporting the Corporate Services and Group operations functions you will be responsible for people, projects, strategy, data and stakeholder engagement.

Leading a team of 8 TA professionals you will mentor and build an effective team with a strong focus on critical partnerships and operational excellence. As the Team Leader you will oversee the development of the strategic direction across these key and critical business units, driving data lead decision making, continuous improvement and maintain the highest levels of compliance and confidentiality.

**About you**

You will be a natural leader with the ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment. You will have a thorough understanding of the recruitment life cycle, with an emphasis on best practice and knowledge of diverse sourcing and selection tools. Experience within a corporate services function, and an enthusiasm for driving innovation, continuous improvement and building strong partnerships both internally and with the client will set you up to succeed in this critical role.

The partnership sees Korn Ferry RPO support talent acquisition for all Permanent and FTC recruitment across specialist and volume hiring at Westpac across Australia.
