- Location: Melbourne southern suburbs, approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour from the Melbourne CBD - (YOU MUST RESIDE WITHIN MELBOURNE AUSTRALIA FOR THIS ROLE)
- Hours: Normal business hours Monday to Friday. In addition there is an on-call roster every few weeks of 1 week duration, before and after existing shift, including Saturday and Sunday.
- Salary Package: $95-115K depending on Skills and Experience, plus superannuation & salary packaging benefits.
- On-Site / Remote (Hybrid): Remote and on-site as required, most meetings etc are remote.
- Start Date: ASAP (Allowing for notice periods etc)

**Position Specifics**

Position features include:

- An imaged notebook for on-site and off-site use.
- PD/Training is encouraged and supported by the Application & Integration Services Manager, all such reasonable requests will be welcomed.
- Advancement opportunities include positions such as Lead Support Engineer or Application Manager.
- Salary packaging includes benefits relating to eligible expenses of up to $9,000 per year and meals and accommodation to $2,650 per year.
- 5 weeks annual leave (not 4).
- Extensive On-Site / Remote (Hybrid) flexibility.

**Position Summary**

A well organised, client focused approach to excellent service delivery, as well as strong technical skills and analytical abilities are critical to success in this role.

Reporting is to the Application & Integration Services Manager and the Director of IT.

Your key responsibilities will be:
2. Implementing IT based solutions based on customer requirements.

3. Resolving issues, providing technical support to internal customers, contractors and others as required.

4. Striving to improve performance, up-time and recoverability.

5. Provide technical expertise to ICT related projects and or project leaders.

**Essential Criteria**
- **2. Extensive experience in a Windows Server environment i.e. experience with processes, server issue diagnosis, permissions, services, resources etc**_
- **3. Advanced experience with the MS-SQL database (Transact SQL [T-SQL] skills are desirable, but not essential - T-SQL training will be provided where required).**_
- **4. Strong technical skills and experience.**_
- **5. Intermediate skills and experience with scripting languages and techniques.**_

8. Advanced problem solving skills with strong abilities in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.

9. Ability to assess system requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.

11. Experience working in an ITIL based service delivery environment.

**Desirable Criteria**

1. ITIL certification.

2. Relevant tertiary qualification/s.

3. Knowledge and skills in HL7 and FHIR messaging.

7. Knowledge and experience relating to the configuration, deployment or issue rectification of common ICT hardware, such as; network switches, WAP’s and printers etc.
