The Coordinator is responsible for
- In addition to undertaking various administrative duties.
- Manage a caseload of Family Day Care Educators.
- Monitor the provision of quality childcare.
- Maintain administrative function in accordance with the Education & Care Services National Law and Regulations, National Quality Standards as well as policies and procedure.
- Assist with the recruitment, assessment, orientation and evaluation of Educators.
- Book educators house check and report writing under the Education and care service national regulation 2011.
- Field visit and documentation
- Assist the educator to set up business

Essential requirement:

- Experience in children's services (Family Day Care experience preferred but not essential)
- Sound knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, National Quality Standards, Early Years Learning Framework, My Time Our Place and Child Protection.
- Highly developed interpersonal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with children and adults from different cultural backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team setting or independently as well as meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of child development and early childhood programs.
- Demonstrated skills and ability in conducting assessments and facilitating training programs.
- Good computer skills including experience in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- CCS (Harmony software) knowledge advantageous but not essential.

Desirable requirement:
Comunity related certification or work experience

**Qualifications**
Diploma qualification in Early Childhood or related.
First Aid certificate including asthma & anaphylaxis
Drivers licence and own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
Child protection training.Evidence of your right to work in Australia
National Police Check
Working with Children Check - Paid Employment.
Evidence of a minimum of 3 Covid 19 Vaccinations
PRODA Identification

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $59,787.77 - $113,560.84 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
