Job Responsibilities:

- Receive goods into warehouse, inspect and locate on parts shelving
- Verify quantity and condition prior to booking stock in
- Pack part into storage location
- Book shipment into Goods in Transit (GIT), for local and direct shipments
- Allocate storage location of new parts into SAP
- Prepare parts for shipping and arrange courier collection
- Pick and pack for Spare Parts sale and for Service
- Local outbound delivery -Using the best courier for a particulate location at the most economical freight rate
- Organizing local inbound delivery
- Export delivery -Preparation of all customs documentation and requirements
- Tracking of all inbound and outbound deliveries
- Coordinating urgent crane down deliveries
- Keep warehouse area clean and tidy
- Other areas of responsibility as assigned
- Control and ordering of gas for forklifts
- Control and organizing waste bin collections
- Ordering of packaging material and consumables
- Control of Crane Industry Council of Australia (CICA) CrewSafe gear

Job Requirement:

- Possess diploma or high school certificate, preferably in Operations related field
- At least 3 years of Operation related working experience preferably
- Must be able to lift heavy object
- Be familiar with all aspects of Windows and Microsoft office
- Forklift license
