**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are seeking a full-time National Key Account Manager. The role will directly manage several National accounts liaising with clients and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver superior client service and security outcomes in a fast paced environment.

**RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE**
- Developing relationships both internally and externally across multiple stakeholder groups;
- Achieving Security, Safety and Risk Management objectives across a diverse service delivery;
- Ensuring a consistent, efficient and compliant service delivery is maintained at all times;
- Providing exceptional levels of stakeholder and client engagement at all levels of contract;
- Managing incident management and investigations processes where relevant;
- Managing contractual performance following KPI / SLA and budgetary requirements;
- Providing expert advice and recommendation on Security, HSE and compliance-related activities;
- Providing effective team management and leadership across a diverse and dispersed workforce:

- Introducing innovative solutions that enhance the customer value proposition.

**THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL DEMONSTRATE**
- A people-focused and customer-driven attitude;
- Experience working in a dynamic corporate environment;
- Experience with electronic and physical security systems;
- Experience with control room operations;
- Experience with emergency management planning and coordination;
- Experience with event security planning and management;
- Strong knowledge of relevant industry awards and labour agreements;
- Strong attention to detail;
- The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders;
- The ability to take manage time and tasks effectively in a dynamic environment;
**KEY SELECTION CRITERIA**
- Demonstrated experience managing Blue-Chip / National clients
- CRM experience and database management skills
- Certificate IV in Security Risk Management (preferred);
- Current NSW Drivers Licence;
- Current Police Check, or the ability to obtain one;
