- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure that the platform is meeting customer needs
- Manage the team of Developers and Engineers, ensuring that they are motivated and productive
- Collaborate with other teams across the organisation to ensure that the platform is integrated with other systems
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in platform development

**Requirements**:

- Related qualification in computer science or related field
- At least 8 years experience in Platform Development, with a focus on Dynamics
- Proven track record of leading successful platform development initiatives
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of Dynamics
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
