**About the role**:
Kaddy, Australia's leading wholesale beverage marketplace, is seeking an experienced Head of Platforms to join the team based in Sydney in a full-time permanent capacity. This role will:

- Develop, lead and manage the commercial activities and the platform division.
- Develop and implement an innovative growth focused commercial and product development strategy.
- Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of the key customers/target audience.
- Understand the value drivers of the company and identify profitable commercial opportunities to grow revenue and market share.
- Accelerate growth and drive commercial success by developing new and enhancing the existing technology platforms operated by the company.
- Oversee the development of all new technology products and/or features, from innovation through to successful implementation.
- Take ownership and be accountable for the development and delivery of the budget for the platforms division.
- Undertake market research and analysis and produce business plans and recommendations (including all associated costs and forecasted revenue) to ensure that product development opportunities and business development opportunities are optimised.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Tertiary education in business or related field
- Proven experience within hyper growth tech companies in the alcohol, transport and/or logistics industry
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the wholesale liquor market.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in leading and growing teams.
- Proven experience in technical contribution and ability to challenge technical solutions.
- Ability to influence at a senior level, both internally and externally.
