We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has experience in the Civil Construction Industry and is interested in learning and developing skills to assist with coordinating our project plans.

**About the Role**

As our Site Coordinator, you will be in charge of maintaining and monitoring project plans and schedules and directing the activities of the construction projects under the direction of the Project Manager and Project Coordinator. This role is also responsible for ensuring quality assurance and work health and safety standards are met throughout each project.

Whilst the primary purpose of this role will be ensuring projects are running smoothly, we are looking for an individual who is a team player and thrives on diversity in their role.

**About you**

You are a driven individual who meets the following criteria:

- 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the Civil Construction Industry;
- Experience in people management;
- Demonstrates strong communication skills;
- Previous experience with project plans, project schedules, and work hours;
- Ability to develop and maintain rosters;
- Extensive commitment and understanding regarding work health and safety;
- Practical minded with a hands-on approach;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, Excel and Outlook;
- Willing to drive change; and
- A current driver’s license.

An immediate start after completing a Pre-Employment health check is required.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Civil Construction: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
