Human Resource Advisor

Report to the Managing Director

As a key member of our team, you will report to the Managing Director and collaborate with various departments to provide expert guidance and support in Human Resources, Employee Relations, and Industrial Relations. You will work closely with business units to foster a highly engaged and productive

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and offboarding
- Support performance management, learning & development, and promotion processes
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of impactful HR strategies and initiatives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries, escalating matters to the Operations Manager as needed
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in HR programs and make recommendations
- Empower leaders through dedicated coaching and guidance
- Undertake additional HR duties as required to support the broader HR Team

**To excel in this role, you should have**:

- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or HR Advisor
- Tertiary qualifications (or currently studying) in Human Resources or Business
- Experience in the mining services industry (preferred)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Strong organisational skills and a process-driven approach, with the ability to prioritize and manage your workload effectively
- A proactive and self-motivated mindset, using your initiative to complete tasks efficiently
- Keen attention to detail
- A team-oriented, results-driven approach in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Solid understanding of employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, and Modern Awards
- Uncompromising integrity, ethical standards, and interpersonal skills
