**About the Role**

As an **Administrative Support**, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running by assisting barristers, solicitors, and staff with various administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handling general administrative duties, including data entry
- Managing errands and delivering briefs to solicitors
- Answering calls, operating the phone switchboard, and directing inquiries
- Welcoming barristers, solicitors, and visitors
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing deliveries
- Assisting the team with daily tasks as required
- Supporting a professional and friendly workplace culture

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A professional and well-presented demeanor
- A confident and polite telephone manner
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
- A proactive, caring, and professional attitude
