The team is expanding and is looking to recruit an Inventory Officer whose responsibilities will be

critical in helping the business run smoothly during its next phase of growth. On offer is exposure to

an entrepreneurial and dynamic company whose team take ownership of the responsibilities assigned

to them and everyone pitches in to get the job done.

The position will report primarily to the Operations Manager and will be working very closely with the

Operations Officer, Manufacturing Team, Supply Chain Manager and the Logistics Manager. This

position is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven individual with a desire to develop their

career in a fast growing ASX defence technology company.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the Operations Officer with
- Receiving of components
- Incoming goods inspection
- Kitting of Manufacturing Orders
- Pick and Pack of outgoing shipments
- Final quality check
- Receiving inventory and stock keeping
- Co-ordinating with the Logistics Manager for outgoing shipments
- Preparing and uploading of Final Quality Check documentation
- Liasing with production team on timelines and priorities of kitting.
- Completing ad-hoc inventory tasks
- Office administration

**Qualifications / Experience / Skills**
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a fast paced team
- Strong ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and handle pressure
- Clear communication (both verbal and written)
- “Can do” attitude and willingness to help in variety of tasks, including occasional tasks

unrelated to the core role
- we’re a small company and “everyone sweeps the f loor”
- While some experience (1-3 years post education) is helpful, this role is also open to

graduates.
