We’re on the lookout for passionate and motivated individuals to join our **Member Engagement** team as warm **Outbound Specialists**. In this role, you'll lead meaningful outbound conversations that build strong connections with our members, proactively educating, supporting, and engaging them to strengthen their relationship with RACV.

**Role Details**:

- **Full-time, permanent role starting 14th July 2025**:

- **Monday to Friday, shifts designated between the hours of 8am-6pm.**:

- **Hybrid working**:

- **Paid training and ongoing support**

**What you’ll do**
- **Outbound calling**: Initiate outbound calls to existing members and customers based on provided lists and campaigns.
- **Member Engagement**: Establish rapport with members and customers through active listening and effective questioning to understand their needs and preferences.
- **Product Knowledge**: Provide tailored information about RACV’s products and services, helping members make informed choices that suit their situation.
- **Customer-Centric Conversations**: Ensure every interaction is friendly, respectful, and aligned with our commitment to putting members first.

**What we’re looking for**
- Outbound or phone-based customer service experience
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Have intermediate PC skills and knowledge of relevant software (highly desirable).
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Previous telephony sales experience is highly regarded for this role.
