About the role
Casual opportunity to report to the Site Coordinator of Patient Food Services at TPCH and works together with over 160 staff. Undertake designated duties under the supervision of Kitchen Coordinator or Supervisors within the scope of responsibilities allocated to Food Services Officer, ensuring an effective and efficient standard of work performance.
About you
This successful applicant will carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

- Fulfil the accountabilities of this role in accordance with Metro North core values, as outlined.
- Participate in a range of operational duties as part of direct duties, or to assist staff in other duties. This will include stock receivables and storage, stock control, serving on the plating line, trolley delivery to ward, serving meals and beverages to patients, dishwashing etc.
- . Responsible for cleaning duties in allocated areas as part of direct duties or to assist staff. This will include storerooms and cold and freezer rooms.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and to prioritise duties
