About the role

Temporary opportunity to supervise the day to day running of RBWH Retail Food Outlet (Subway) to ensuring an effective and efficient service.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Coordinate and oversee the activities of Retail Food Service (Subway) outlet to ensure efficient and effective services.
  • Comply with the Food Safety Management Plan, Subway standards and the REV program.
  • Supervise outlet staff and nurture a team culture.
  • Provide effective and efficient communication to all staff.
