Are you passionate about dogs and ready to take charge of a dynamic and growing doggy daycare centre? We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced **Manager** to join our leadership team at Doggy Day Care Brisbane

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Doggy Day Care Teacher**: Complete duties as a Doggy Day Care Teacher when necessary.
- **Leadership & Team Management**: Supervise and lead a team of day care teachers, ensuring a high standard of care, safety, and customer service.
- **Operational Excellence**: Manage the day-to-day operations of the daycare, including scheduling, staffing, social media, and inventory management.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent service to our pawrents, handling inquiries, complaint management, and addressing concerns promptly. Build and maintain strong relationships with pawrents and fur kids.
- **Health & Safety**: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are strictly followed, and that the centre is always clean, safe, and welcoming.
- **Training & Development**: Train and develop team members.
- **Financial Management**: Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
- **Marketing & Community Engagement**: Help promote the daycare to potential clients through local marketing efforts and community engagement.
- **Problem-Solving**: Handle any operational issues that may arise with a positive and proactive approach.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in operational management in a dog day care centre.
- Passion for animals, with a strong understanding of dog behavior and needs.
- **Qualification in Dog Training is HIGHLY preferred.**:

- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on, proactive approach.
- Ability to manage time effectively, juggle multiple priorities, and remain calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in budgeting or financial management is a plus.
- Available to work Mon-Fri between 6:00am and 6:30pm (shift based), and on some Saturdays (occasionally).
