- Experience in a Similar Role: Proven leadership experience in a similar setting, managing a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Skilled in leading by example, training others, and maintaining open communication.
- Focus on Quality: Dedicated to preparing and presenting high-quality food, snacks, and beverages.
- Creative and Fun: Enjoys having a laugh and bringing creativity to the workplace.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task, providing high-quality service under pressure both in person and over the phone.

- Operational Knowledge: Sound knowledge of rostering, scheduling, ordering, and maintaining stock levels.

This position requires flexibility, including weekend work, in accordance with business demands.
