The Rostering Administrator ensures efficient and effective rostering of home support services in a client region. They provide strategic planning, leadership, and problem-solving to deliver services in line with client needs and standards. The role involves rostering staff, managing service changes, and driving rostering innovations. The Rostering Lead fosters a positive work culture and ensures an adequate staff pool for service delivery.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Roster client services and optimize staff utilization.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Build service runs, match staff attributes to clients, and promote primary carer model.
- Manage service change requests and fill vacant services promptly.
- Generate reports, monitor staff attendance, and provide feedback.
- Engage with clients, coordinators, and staff for effective communication.
- Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards or incidents.
- Support change management and contribute to continuous improvement.

**PERSON REQUIREMENTS**:

- Highly experienced in rostering with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in administration, organization, and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with database and procurement systems.
- Commitment to meeting client needs and working collaboratively.
- Knowledge of Aged Care Standards and person-centered care principles.
