**Seasonal Events Banquet Attendant**
**$30.13 per hour Casual 6 months Fixed Term**

**The opportunity**

**Your day to day**
- Greeting guests and escorting them to their seats as needed
- Ensuring that all guests are served alcohol in a responsible manner
- Setting up and dismantling the event, including arranging table settings, staging, and venue decor
- Providing food and beverage service to a designated area or table.

**What you’ll bring**
- It is essential to possess a QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement of Attainment.
- As there is no public transport available during the evenings, it is mandatory to have your transportation.
- Previous experience in event and banquet catering, along with a sound understanding of food safety, is a must.
- Knowledge of bar operations is required.
- Having experience in fine dining and waiting will be considered an added advantage.
- Wine appreciation knowledge will be a plus.
