**Event Banquet Attendant**
**Casual: $27.24 Monday
- Sunday**
**Sea World, Main Beach Gold Coast**

**About the role**:
**Duties**:

- Meet and greet guests and seat them as required
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol to all guests
- Set up and pack down of the event, such as table settings/staging requirements and venue theming
- Provide food and beverage service to a delegated area or table

**Skills and Experience**:

- QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement of Attainment essential
- Own transport required as no public transport is available in the evenings
- Event and banquet experience and food safety knowledge
- Bar operation knowledge
- Fine dining and waiting experience is an advantage
- Wine appreciation knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to work on any day including weekends, school holidays and nights
