**Who We Are**

THEODORE is an exciting fashion start-up, featuring unique technology which powers our luxury e-commerce menswear business. This role is based in our Surry Hills head office.

**The Role**

We are looking for a driven and organised person who will be able to work with our clients to facilitate order and ensure client satisfaction.

This means: You should be ready to provide information on our products, then work with client to understand the exact product they require. You should be ready to answer questions and facilitate the process.

We are a flexible business, and so will try to accommodate any flexible requests conditions. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, flexible, ability in sales, is friendly and builds great relationships.

**The Person**

You must:

- Have excellent organisational skills, to ensure all aspects of orders and other requests are completely fulfilled in a timely fashion.
- Work within our process and keep track/perform numerous tasks both efficiently and extremely accurately.
- Experience in either customer service or fashion (or a very quick learner), so as to correctly specify production details with understanding.
- Be accurate and have great attention to detail and work well under pressure.
- Have a can-do attitude and be ready to undertake a variety of tasks, taking notes and feedback as it is given.

**Requirements**:
The following are non-negotiable requirements:

- High competence in Microsoft Office, mainly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A relevant tertiary education (TAFE/College or higher)

Beneficial requirements:

- Background in client service or fashion sales beneficial.

**Apply**

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
