We are looking for an enthusiastic **FEMALE **Support Worker who is passionate about making a difference and assisting our clients with their required needs and lives around **Spearwood, 6107 WA**

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing Physical Support which will include personal care and household tasks
- Providing Emotional Support for the client
- Assisting with health care needs such as medication
- Working well with other healthcare professionals to meet the highest level of standards for the client
- Transport clients in your own vehicle when accessing the community (Appointments, Shopping etc)
- Reporting after every shift

**Requirements**:

- Must have a Positive Attitude and is an Active Listener
- Must have a detailed approach to keeping records
- Working with Children Check (EMPLOYEE)
- NDIS Screening Check
- Police Check
- Valid Driver's License and Full Comprehensive Car Insurance
- First Aid Certificate
- Qualification in the field (Aged Care, Community Services, Individual Support)
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
