We’re looking for **experienced support workers** for our Member who lives with her family near Fremantle.
**A team of female support workers** will support a young woman with daily living activities in the home as well as social outings in the local community. Our Member enjoys going to the gym, swimming and dancing. She also enjoys spending time around Fremantle and local parks, and is in her element in most social settings.
We’re looking for people who will connect and engage well with our Member, their family and other people who are important to her, so **great interpersonal skills** are a must.
The successful applicants will receive extensive training and mentoring in our Member’s support needs so that they are comfortable and confident providing support independently.
Salary (per hour) - Weekday daytime: $35.25
Weekday night time: $38.57
Saturday: $48.22
Sunday: $62.00
Public Holiday: $70.19

Before starting in the role, we do need you to:
- have, or be willing to apply, for an NDIS Worker Screening Check, and other ‘Checks’.
- have a valid Australian Drivers Licence and your own reliable vehicle.
- undertake, or be willing to undertake, an NDIS Module.

- Certificate III or higher in Disability, Individual Support
- Experience in Support Work, Aged Care, Nursing or Allied Health
