The Motion Service Business is currently seeking an individual with operational and workshop experience to facilitate and lead improvements across the business within the areas of HSEQ, where you will drive a culture of zero harm through behavioral change and leadership. Reporting to HSE Manager and this position will be based in Eagle Farm, Australia.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Driving behavioral change through implementing performance improvement programs
- Implementing policies and standards as well as support compliance with human rights, security and crisis management processes
- Facilitating HSEQ risks assessment by line management involving shop floor employees
- Engaging external and internal stakeholders in order to report on,raise awareness and gain com-mitment on ABB's HSEQ efforts and performance
- Ensuring appropriate HSE equipment and tools are available and used
- Facilitating delivery of support from the Centre of Expertise and ensure effective risk management through HSEQ excellence
- Reporting and monitoring of HSEQ incidents

**Your background**:

- Degree or Post graduate Qualification in OHS
- Minimum of 5 years' HSEQ experience within a workshop environment
- Operations and Project Management experienced will be highly regarded
- Understanding of different cultures, networking approach and an ability to guide, coach and mentor others
- Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining a positive HSEQ culture
