Quality Analyst

Utilita a Joint Venture between Downer and Ventia, delivers planned, corrective and responsive maintenance services and minor capital projects on a diverse range of water and wastewater assets. Our delivery areas cover Brisbane, Ipswich, Somerset, Lockyer Valley and Scenic Rim council areas.

**THE ROLE**

The Quality Analyst will provide insight to the performance of assets, materials, plant, and resources. Utilising organisational information, the Quality Analyst will provide guidance and direction to support operational performance.

**Some key responsibilities include**
- Utilise business analysis findings to springboard improvement strategies and change management processes.
- Develop, monitor and improve visual representation of business performance data.
- Collaborate, consult, and engage with the Utilita team to improve existing Quality Control practices.
- Identify process holdups, conduct root cause analysis and report findings to key contacts across the business.
- Lead process improvement projects across different areas of the business.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in high-volume ticket of work type environments.
- Strong experience and capability using Power BI for building and managing reports.
- Practical, collaborative, and inquisitive disposition.
- Administrative experience or tertiary qualification in Business related discipline.
- Quality Control experience advantageous (not pre-requisite).
- Ability to work autonomously, adaptively and adhere to tight timeframes.
