eg+ is looking for a Digital Producer to join the team
An exciting opportunity is now available for a Mid-Level Digital Producer to join our growing digital team. We are looking for a passionate and driven producer who wants the opportunity to work in retail and e-commerce on one of our largest accounts and an Australian household name.
As a Digital Producer, you will work very closely with our team of Producers, Account Managers, and Developers in managing digital projects, from brief through to deployment, ensuring that they are delivered on time, on budget and that the final results exceed client expectations.

**A day in the life**:

- Produce digital work across a variety of channels (website, banners, eDMs).
- Take a brief and understand the effort required.
- Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes.
- Be an enthusiastic and positive seeker of solutions to the inevitable issues and challenges within the production workflow.
- Champion any new methods of production to meet increasingly tight budgets and timelines that clients are working with.
- Ability to problem solve and be decisive in the moment - someone who can manage, and enjoys, the unknown.
- A sense of ownership and responsibility for deliverables.

**Required skills and background**:

- Preferably 2 to 3 years' experience.
- Across the latest trends in UI/UX.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Be able to present confidently to clients.

**Advantageous (though not essential) skills include**:

- Understanding of HTML, CSS and other web and mobile languages and technologies is highly advantageous.
- Experience with HTML5 digital display campaigns, across ad serving platforms such as DoubleClick and Sizmek.
- eDMs and triggered digital communications on platforms such as Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp, Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Litmus.
