Our client, a leading community-based organisation that provides disability, aged care, training, and employment services nationally, is looking for a Receptionist to cover some leave over the Easter Period, with potential opportunity for more leave coverage later on next month. This is a temp assignment to cover the below dates & hours:

You will also be required to have 1-2 days training with the current Receptionist prior to these dates. The role would be working in the client's head office in Geelong, and the pay rate would be $32.69 plus super per hour.
The role will require you to meet and greet clients and visitors, pick up incoming calls, through there busy phone system, take messages, organise the incoming and outgoing mail and answer the maintenance helpdesk line with any queries and log their requests into the maintenance logbook. You will also manage the sign in logbook and make sure that Covid safe practices are adhered too.
To be successful in this role you must have previous Reception or Customer Service experience. You must have excellent communication and customer service skills. You must have a friendly demeanour about yourself and be patient, empathetic and have a kind approach to people. You must be organised and have excellent time management skills and be reliable and committed to the role.
