The position provides a high level of Human Resources services and advice across Terex Jaques in Australia, including payroll; training and development; communication; recruitment/selection compensation and benefits; performance management and reviews.

What you’ll do
- Overall responsibility for the employment function and its operations which includes the delivery of policies, procedures, quality instruction, training and forms, recruitment, selection, and induction process and exit interviews.
- Performance Management and Review Process by liaising with managers on the effective development and use of the Team Member Central and its roll out across the business via regular reviews and communications on individual and team performance.
- Provide advice and support to Managers on relevant policies, how to conduct counselling / interviews, addressing grievance disputes within framework, working within specific timeframes, resolution of ER issues, discipline, counselling, and termination.

What you’ll bring
- Degree in Human Resources or related discipline with broad HR generalist experience.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with local & regional managers.
- Experience managing performance improvement and resolving employee grievances.
- Recognised ability to organise, prioritise and work well under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
