At CBA you’ll provide meaningful solutions for a portfolio of diversified business clients with complex banking needs. Use your insights, experience and expertise, along with a great range of innovative products and services, to help move these businesses forward.

You will commence with an existing book of established clients with the expectation that in addition to providing excellent service to these clients, you will also focus on new client acquisition as well as identifying further opportunities for both new and existing clients.

Your team includes Relationship Executives and Analysts based in Perth CBD - all committed to delivering exceptional service and solutions to our clients in order to achieve long lasting relationships and sustainable business growth.

The segment we focus on is businesses that turnover up to $150m or $3m-$50m in commercial lending requirements. Delivering on a range of needs and requirements, including cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management and wholesale investment advice.

- Have a proven track record of delivering, and exceeding, portfolio growth and customer advocacy objectives.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to build deep customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
- Are highly skilled in driving deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions;
- Thrive in collaborative environments to deliver a broad range of financial solutions,
- Demonstrate advanced financial analytical capabilities and an understanding of complex corporate structures and flow of funds.
- Pride themselves in building relationships through excellent service and driving new business

This opportunity would suit an experienced Commercial Banker who is looking to develop and enhance their experience within complex, high value lending and to be part of a team who are on a growth journey
