**What You Will Be Doing**

This position sits within Peninsula Health’s (PH) AOD Program and is based at our Community Health site, The position involves supporting patients in the acute setting who have AOD concerns including facilitating referring on to appropriate internal and external services and programs.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Demonstrated ability and relevant skills acquired through a lived experience of AOD use in providing a consumer experience.
- AOD specific qualification equivalent to (or above) Certificate IV in Alcohol or

Other Drug Work.
- Demonstrated experience working in a peer support or lived experience program.
- Demonstrated knowledge of recovery orientated practice, trauma informed care

and peer support principles.
- An understanding of the current Victorian AOD treatment system
