**KI Group** is a specialist provider of services to the Mining, Construction, Civil, Commercial and Industrial Industries.

We are looking for an experienced **Recruitment Administrator** to start ASAP, based in our expanding Rockingham Office.

**The Role;**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will form part of a strong, experienced and supportive team of recruiters. This position is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to take the next step in their admin career.

**You will be responsible for;**
- Provide administration assistance to the general recruitment team
- Maintaining personnel records and recruitment database
- Resume screening, compilation and conversion to suitable formats
- Supporting the recruitment process including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, collecting and compiling employment documents, booking medicals & training, helping with the on-boarding processes
- Answering phones

**Your Previous Experience will include;**
- Previous administration experience is a MUST
- An understanding and knowledge of recruitment or mobilisation processes is highly regarded
- To be motivated, passionate and be able to use your initiative daily
- Outstanding customer service & verbal communication skills
- Fastrack 360 experience is highly regarded
- The ability to communicate with a variety of people & thrive under pressure

This is a full-time position, 5 days a week - 8am till 4:30pm.

To be considered for this position, you will reside in Western Australia and have previous work history demonstrating the above experience.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Administration: 2 years (required)
- Recruitment: 1 year (preferred)
