Large Aussie owned and loved retail chain are looking for their next Area Manager's for ACT & Regional NSW

**Your new company**
As an Area Manager, you will be passionate about the people in the business and want to make positive changes as you support the growth of their store and teams and the wider businesses. You will bring an inspirational and innovative leader coupled with approachability, empathy, attention to detail and always looking for opportunities for improvement.

As an Area manager, you'll represent the companies values by coaching and motivating a team of Store Managers & Multi-Site Managers as well as being an integral part of implementing operational strategy plans, while identifying and developing talent to build a pipeline for the future. Working closely with National and State Operations Teams. This role is perfect for those wanting to showcase their entrepreneurial side

**Your new role**
- Strong leadership experience in managing multiple sites within a retail environment
- Communicate clear direction, strategy, goals, expectations whilst developing an inclusive, positive team culture
- Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to enhance customer experiences along with continuously looking to improve things for your teams for a more simplistic but efficient way of working
- Passion and transformational leadership abilities
- Forward & innovative thinker
- An ability to guide, develop and inspire your team through change
- Flexibility to travel as required in the role (approx. once a month)
