Connor is rapidly expanding and has grown its portfolio to over 170 stores in Australia and New Zealand and has no intentions of slowing down.
Connor is a fast-paced business that is continuously adapting to keep up with the retail market.

**Ideally you will have**:
- 2 - 3 years’ experience managing up to 10 stores preferably within fashion and apparel.
- A strong retail background with a passion to achieve company KPI's.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work in an intense fast pace environment.
- Ability to identify opportunities through the analysis of reports.
- Strong communication skills (verbal / written).
- Planning and organisational skills.
- Training and development skills.
- The ability to set clear direction and follow up.
