**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Strategic Partner Manager **to join our Channel sales team in Melbourne VIC. Reporting to the General Manager - Channel, your main responsibility will be to manage all sales and consistency of forecast across the Strategic Dealer Channel (CMD) in driving achievement of the organisation’s financial and strategic objectives. You will be responsible for building Strategic Account Plans with their partners, building growth plans and expanding the partnerships to include solutions and services.

This role will be critical to leading our largest indirect customers and growing our partner network with new solutions focused organisations.

We employ a hybrid working charter with flexible working options and 3 days/ week office attendance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Strategic Channel Sales in the achievement of equipment revenue, business solutions, software and services targets.
- In conjunction with GM - Channel Sales, maintain and grow the organisation’s relevance and executive relationships within your channel partners.
- Forecast accuracy and order timing management for all partner orders and inventory.
- Partner Executive and Management support and coaching in evolving key strategic business development plans.
- Liaise with other functions within the organisation in aligning a ‘new customer/solution win strategy’.
- Identify, target and recruit new Strategic Business Partners to help grow our business and overachieve revenue targets.
- Co-approve Dealer Channel Pricing requests with the Head of Commercial & Leasing and head point of contact for CMD within the organisations commercial team.
- Collaborate with GM - Channel Sales to act as a key contact for your partners in escalating issues or championing strategic opportunities into the appropriate function
- Channel collaboration within the Product & Channel Marketing Teams to help oversee both the release and development of channel communications as required.
- Apart from the above, you would be liaising with different departments to ensure positive outcomes, which includes:

- Liaise with Marketing and other functional stakeholders in the development and implementation of programs and incentives in meeting sales objectives
- Liaise with the FBAU Channel team and 3rd parties as required in ensuring regular and timely communication of channel performance and capture of Channel inputs to FBAU programs e.g. Sales/Business plan submission and market mapping
- Liaise with Channel Administration & Systems Manager on (outstanding debt recovery - remove GM - SMB & Channel action), uplift review & negotiation.
- In conjunction with GM - Channel Sales, liaise with Customer Support and Logistics teams in addressing issues or implementation of improvement initiatives across your channel.
