This is where you as our People and Culture Business Partner, will be able to have a tangible impact on our business and culture moving forward.

Here’s an overview of our role:
We are looking for a People and Culture Business Partner, who will work at a senior partnering level, to autonomously establish and proactively manage internal stakeholder relationships through active participation in business and P&C meetings to understand and support strategic objectives.

Supporting our Victorian and South Australian teams, the strategic business partner, will:
- Provide coaching and leadership support to leaders and employees- Lead employee lifecycle initiatives and processes such as talent and succession, compensation review and performance related activities- Manage Grievance Resolution and lead/manage investigations- Manage complex Performance Management Cases and grievances- Support and facilitate the people engagement action planning- Deliver specific P&C related education- Support the business in job evaluation and remuneration matters- Escalation point for P&C Advisors and Shared Services- Business Partnering support to a range of disciplines including village management/resident operations, sales, development and property refurbishments.- Builds trusted relationships through proactively engaging with stakeholders and delivering what is promised;- Actively contributes to the achievement of People business plan and more.

A little about you

As an experienced People & Culture partner, you will be curious in your thinking and look outside of traditional ways of working to achieve results. Key to your role will be the ability to build trusted relationships and strategically partner with your leaders to add value.- A tertiary qualification in human resources or related field or solid experience in a HR Business Partner capacity will see you succeed- Strong communication skills, allowing you to partner closely with various stakeholders to ensure positive business outcomes- Customer focussed with strong problem solving and organisational skills, complemented by excellent attention to detail.- A drivers license is preferred to enable you to travel to our fantastic villages as needed.
